Aaron Lake is the General Manager of Imagine Now IT, a managed services provider based in the Hunter Valley, NSW. With more than 20 years in the IT industry and nearly 17 years at Imagine Now IT, Aaron has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth, culture, and service delivery approach. Starting his career in 2003 in a small computer shop, he has worked his way through technical, operational, and leadership roles to become a trusted voice in the MSP community. Aaron is known for his client-first philosophy — what he calls offering a “virtual hug” during times of stress — and for his commitment to balancing empathy with efficiency. He is passionate about empowering teams by teaching with patience, guiding clients with care, and leveraging automation to remove repetitive tasks so people can focus on meaningful client experiences. Outside of his professional role, Aaron enjoys gaming, camping, and hiking, and brings curiosity and analysis to everything he does — even his unique hobby of hyper-analysing YouTube interviews.
